Lincoln Wear-Ever - CeramiGuard II 12-inch Skillet
  • This is the skillet most used by Chef Paul Prudhomme in cooking demonstrations, on TV shows and at his restaurant, K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen.

  • It is the longest lasting, most durable, non-stick skillet available.

  • The entire skillet, including the exclusive Cool Handle, can withstand oven temperatures up to 500 degrees.

  • Only wooden or plastic utensils should be used with this quality skillet to protect the surface.

Lincoln and DuPont have teamed up to develop the most durable No-Stick coating ever - CeramiGuard II®!

Incredible durability for long lasting performance
  • CeramiGuard® II is 115% more durable then the traditional CeramiGuard coating, and up to four times more durable then the closest competitor's coating.

Superior scratch resistance for lower replacement costs
  • The dual ceramic reinforcement results in the hardest scratch-resistant, no-tick surface in the industry.

    Exceptional release qualities
  • The special top-coat gives CeramiGuard II® exceptional release qualities for the most sticky foods like eggs and cheese.

    Hardest 3004 aluminum alloy
  • Every Wear-Ever® pan is manufactured with the highest quality, extra-dent resistant 3004 aluminum, for fewer dents, fewer hot spots, and fewer burned food incidents.

    Cold-drawn for precise heat distribution
  • Each Wear-Ever® pan is cold drawn for uniform metal thickness. This means the pan will heat evenly and lock in precise temperatures.

I have used this skillet for 3 years. Its cooking properties are excellent and even better if you add a 12" glass dome lid. Be sure to only use wooden or plastic utensils to maintain its coating.
